It is necessary to have registered for the Cervera International Music Course before making a reservation. Once payment has been made, each registrant will receive a confirmation email. In the event of having to cancel the reservation after it has been formalized, 50% of the amount will be refunded to the registrant. If the cancellation is made after the registration period has ended, no refund will be given.

The Cervera Emili Pujol Chair offers the following maintenance and accommodation options to students:

Lunch only: includes only lunch, provided by Quàlia [school cafeteria] at Jaume Balmes School (Plaça Pius XII), every day of the Cervera International Music Course, for a price of €67.

​

Full board: includes overnight stay at Hostal Universitat (Plaça de la Universitat, 15) or Casa de Colònies Sagrada Família (Carrer Major, 57), breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided by Quàlia [school cafeteria] at Jaume Balmes School (Plaça Pius XII), every day of the Cervera International Music Course.

• HOSTAL UNIVERSITAT: for students over 16 years old.

  • Check-in: Sunday, 14th of July 2024. Check-out: Saturday, 20th of July 2024.

  • Does not include monitoring service.

  • The price of the full board reservation at Hostal Universitat is €300.

  • The facility has rooms (shared by 3 to 5 people) with a private bathroom, wifi, bed linen, and TV.

• CASA DE COLÒNIES SAGRADA FAMÍLIA: for students over and under 18 years old.

  • Check-in: Sunday, 14th of July 2024. Check-out: Saturday, 20th of July 2024.

  • Includes monitoring service and mandatory schedule for students over and under 18 years old.

    • Daily check-in schedule: between 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM (check-in) and between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM (check-out).

  • The price for a full-board reservation at the Sagrada Familia Boarding House is €250.

  • The accommodation provides simple rooms (shared between 3 to 16 people) with a shared bathroom.

  • Students are required to bring their own sheets and towels.

On the first day of the International Music Course in Cervera, between 9:00 am and 10:00 am, students will have to pick up their accreditation at Jaume Balmes School in Cervera (Pius XII Square). At that time, they will have to present -printed and duly filled and signed- AUTHORIZATION DOCUMENT AND REGULATIONS ACCEPTANCE, which can be downloaded below, depending on the accommodation option:
