1. USER INFORMATION
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
The ASSOCIATION “AMICS DE LA MÚSICA” OF CERVERA is the RESPONSIBLE ENTITY for processing users personal information. The personal data received from users will be handled confidentially and in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of 27th of April (GDPR),and the Organic Law 3/2018, of the 5th of december (LOPDGDD).
Why is your personal data needed?
In the contact and registration forms:

To give an answer to any inquiries or requests that the user sends through any of the contact means provided in the website, to the web site’s RESPONSIBLE ENTITY (according to the legitimate interest of the responsible entity, art. 6.1.f GDPR)

To send communications via email, social media or any other electronic or physical means, which allows the diffusion of this musical activity. These communications have to be done through the RESPONSIBLE ENTITY and have to be related with its products and services, or with its co-workers or suppliers, with whom they will have reached an agreement. In this case, third-parties will never have access to personal details.
How long do we retain your data?
Personal information will be kept only during the time required to solve the request or while there are legal prescriptions that rule on custody. Once it is no longer necessary, the information will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure that the personal details are anonymized or completely deleted.
Who do we share your data with?
We will not share your personal details with third-parties unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the aim of the treatment. If necessary with our communications service suppliers, with whom the RESPONSIBLE has signed a confidentiality agreement as required by the current privacy regulations.

2. COMPULSORY AND OPTIONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
The person who accesses and uses this website will be understood as a user. The USER, through the registration form and the data entry fields, labeled with an asterisk (*) or through the downloaded documents sent, accepts freely and unequivocally that the data provided is needed by the Responsible Entity to attend and answer their request. Therefore the data provided in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER will be responsible for providing truthful personal details in the registration process. Similarly, users must notify any changes that may occur in relation to the information and personal data provided.
The RESPONSIBLE ENTITY informs you that all the information requested through the website must be answered, as they are necessary to provide the right service to the user. In case that all the information is not filled in, we can not guarantee that the information and the services provided suit properly their needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
Following what current regulations on personal data protection demand, the RESPONSIBLE ENTITY complies with all the provisions of the regulations GDPR and LOPDGDD for the treatment of personal data under its responsibility, and with all the principles described in article number 5 of GDPR, according to which the data is treated in a lawful, loyal, and transparent way in relation to the user, and relevant and limited to what the purpose intended.
The RESPONSIBLE ENTITY guarantees that it has implemented technical and organizational policies appropriate to apply the security measures established in the GDPR and LOPDGDD, with the objective of protecting the rights and freedoms of the USERS, and has explained to them the means to exert them.
